It is always a pleasure to deal with returning customers as it reassures us that people who have used our services keep coming back. Jo and Jim were great people to deal with in the past, and it was a pleasure to move them into their new build.
There is one problem with a new build... When putting the postcode into the SatNav, it doesn't always come up, on this occasion it tried to send us to FRANCE. Luckily we noticed and decided we didn't feel like going on a mystery tour. Fortunately the journey was just 10 minutes on the duel carriage way and onto the newly built estate.
The tail lift with platform controls make it so much easer to manoeuvre up and down when all hands are full, especially when the items is extremely heavy. "How did I ever cope before I had a tail lift?"
