Moving home at Christmas

Well it's getting cold outside and it's time to wrap up warm and get cosy, especially if you'r thinking of moving home at Christmas.

If your new home has a chimney ensure that it has been properly swept. This information might be in your surveyor's report, but if in doubt, get it checked first. You really should have a properly maintained chimney both to light a fire, and also to let Santa Claus collect his mince pie and glass of milk.
