Story: I went out with the boys on this one to capture a few photos of the action! We were all in high spirits heading off to assist a lovely customer with her move into a fifth-floor apartment in Portishead. Upon arrival, we managed to secure great parking right next to the lift—only to discover it was out of order.

Rather than waiting four hours for a engineer who might be delayed, we got straight to work taking the stairs. Phil and Leon took on most of the heavy lifting while I handled the smaller boxes. After five hours of solid teamwork, every box and piece of furniture was safely delivered. Our customer was delighted with her new home and our service, making every single flight of stairs worth it!

Story: It is great to share details of a recent project following a busy couple of months for us. We had all hands on deck as a team of three to assist a lovely family with their move from a four-bedroom home in Yarcombe. A selected few items were delivered directly to their temporary accommodation to keep things comfortable, while the main contents were carefully prepared for storage.

Over three hard-working days, we packed every item using durable double-walled boxes, bubble wrap, and protective paper, wrapping larger furniture pieces securely in heavy-duty wrap. To help maximize space and protect the furniture inside their ground-floor unit in Exeter, we dismantled key items—all ready to be reassembled when moving the family into their permanent new home. It was a smooth three days made even better by the customer's brilliant hospitality and endless supply of great coffee!
